is it possible on a hermie, to remove the male stems and let the females grow? i know that any cutting will prolong harvest by about 7 days and im cool with that......
what do mean?male n female flowers on a hermie r usually/most of the time on the same branch arent they,or have i misunderstood the question?
i just harvested a herrmie just remove the plant from the grow area and get a cup of water and tweezers ....pull gently the male flowers off and dropin cup dipping the tweezers every time you pull a flower adjust you light cycle properly.... and above all dont mess with the lights..as ime lights play a very large roll in herrmie prduction. replace and watch for further male flower production. always work with hermies outside the grow area. always wipe down grow area with damp cloth after you notice the herrmie.... useing this system i have only produced 1 seed in 5 complete grows. no need to remove the whole branch.
I use some plastic cling wrap to encase the male parts before plucking them...I hate to see a good plant wasted (when you got just 1 growing its a huge waste of time to kill it)
