this last one looks real suspect to me. The first ones are for sure males or Hermes but this one is a female for sure but look at what its producing? Hermaphrodite?
Ok cool I've got 4 like this one. Another quick question, when pruning dead or discolored leaves do I cut at the stem of that leaf?
You can cut the leaf anywhere you like - if you leave a little of the leaf stem it will eventually rot off. Here's an example of a plant with trimmed leaves - you can see the small leaf stems still attached to the main.
