Is there a "point of no return" for a plant to either become a Herm or not?...I guess another way of asking is...after how many weeks of flowering can you be assured you have a female and it's not going to be a herm? Thanks in advance for the help!
There isn't a set date. Chaz Bono didn't know when he/she changed his/her mind. Just provide the best environment you can and not worry about it. Keep an eye out for it.
