I am so sick of plants showing overwatering when I'm not even....I've tried perlite mix, less water, spraying not pouring slow...always happens eventually I only water when dry so anyways trying out the Hempy bucket. Anyways my question is at what point do I not have to top water in a Hempy say if I put a seedling in....how far up does the 2 inches of water at bottom go up into the perlite/ vermiculite. Would you have to top water an early veg plant like 8" tall in a 5 gal Hempy? Just wondering if I should top water when I transplant into the Hempy. Example : say if the bottom of roots are about 1/3 of the way down the bucket from the top....do you top water or just fill the tube and bottom feed....
I finished a hempy/bato system grow earlier this year, and I wasn't that happy with it. Lots of problems. I always fed from the top though.
I have a couple sitting on top of cloth wrapped perlite as an auto bottom feeder they have had no issues and are growing faster than just soil. Just going to try one hempy
yea, I went full bato system, top drip, I think I left that on, with no drippers. here man Bato of the Systems I really should stop that journal and start another one already. Too much drama in that journal!
