hemp seeds

Discussion in 'Weed Edibles' started by stickey_fingerz, Sep 15, 2009.

  1. so considering marijuana seeds can grow into either a male plant(hemp) or female plant(gets you high) i found a site that says *At a volume level of 81%, hemp oil is the richest known source of polyunsaturated essential fatty acids (the "good" fats). It's quite high in some essential amino acids, including gamma linoleic acid (GLA), a very rare nutrient also found in mother's milk." im assuming hemp seeds are just regular seeds u get in ur bag of mids or schwagg.. and im assuming u would crush the seeds and mix it in with a salad or even extract the oil from the seed which I won't be doing, but how would u use the seed in cookin to get those essentialy fatty acids??

  2. you can buy hemp milk at most grocery stores, in the crazy hippie health nut section. lots of other hemp products to if you go to a crazy hippie health nut store. but i bought hemp milk to try once because i heard it was really healthy, pretty much what you're saying, and it's the worst tasting shit ever

  3. Will the food grade seeds from health stores germinate?

  4. They have Probably been toasted I am assuming. Much like poppy seeds.
