Hemp oil does not freeze

    Why is this?

    I'm testing olive oil, coconut, grape-seed, flax-seed and hemp oil. The rest froze overnight (flax-seed took a while longer, but is frozen now) but hemp oil just stays as a thick goop.

    I guess it would probably freeze at absolute zero, but my home freezer doesn't get that cold :p
