Use a pyrethrin based spray or neem oil along with dish soap use every three days for 9 days then wash off with plain water on the 10th day. Should be clear of your problem then.
Yeah use 1/4 tsp per gallon water of the soap and one ounce neem oil. Make sure when you spray to really get the undersides of the leaves good.
