okay so i had a seed germinated and i had it in a party cup on a window sill for like 2 weeks now. the plant was looking good at first but then it started tipping, and like the stem was really weak. i read around the forum and i was over watering, but also its been kinda shitty weahter lately and the stem got stronger but it started to stretch and i want to bring it indoors. all i have is a couple bulbs i found around the house, they are 300w light bulbs would those be strong enough, also they get real hot. basically i want to get the plant a lot stronger healthier and then bring it outdoors after vegging it for a while. will this work?
