  1. Hi all,
I have a new plant, it's 8 weeks old. It's about 2in tall, in a peanut butter jar, and in a very sandy soil. Seems to be growing ok, but there's this mould on top of the soil. How do I get rid of it, and how do I stop it growing again? Thanks

  2. lol trash it

  3. Most soil fungi are harmless to a growing plant.
High or low PH water will likely kill it.
Baking soda = high PH (1/4 teaspoon in 1 cup of water)
Vinegar = low PH (1 teaspoon in 1 cup of water)
