These clones have drooped in the first 24 hours my friend had them now they are just in stagnation. Can any on make suggestions. Cabinet 3x2x2 hwd. Cfl ranging from cool to daylight 6 of them. Bubbler system. Rock and root cube are moist not wet, moisture begins about 2" below surface of medium, 24 hr lighting. Please help Schedule 1 is a fraud
