help yet again!!

  1. hi.. one of my plants seems to be having a little problems i think.. my leaves are dropping downwords.. why is this please?

  2. Pics would help greatly. If we can see what the plant looks like, we can better diagnose what your problem is. If you don't have pics, try giving a more specific description. Are the leaves turning any colors (like yellow/brown maybe?), what's the temps like in your grow room? What's your watering/feeding schedule, and at what strength (if any) are you're nutes? Also, how old are the plants, and what stage of growth are they in? These are all answers we're gonna need to know in order for us to help you.

It could be over-watering (the most common n00b mistake, btw, so don't feel bad if that's the case)...

But yeah... Pics would help, but if that's not possible, answer the questions above, and I'm sure someone will be able to help you.

EDIT: Also, what type of lighting are you using, and how many watts/lumens? And how close to the plants are they?

  3. well i took a pic.. hope its clear enough.. i watered yesterday but it seemed dry.. i have another 2 plants and they are fine.. same grow room.. i'm using cfl's.. please someone tell me whats wrong :(

  4. Im no expert but it does look like overwatering to me....

  5. hi,
if it is over watering what do i do?? i got up this morning and found its still drooping like in the pictures... can anyone help please??

  6. It looks like it could be anything from overwatering to heat stress. You might want to re-pot that, also. It looks like it's in a tiny pot for how big that plant is. But I'm not sure, I just don't know enough from the pictures.

  7. That pot looks really small. You want a minimum of a 3 gallon (5 preferably) if you expect anything decent from that plant. You should water when the soil is dry about 2 knuckles deep. Also, what are the temps like? If you don't have a thermometer, put your hand on the tops of the plants (palm down) - if the top of your hand feels too warm for comfort, then chances are it's too hot for the plants, as well. Also, are you using any fertilizers? Or was the soil you planted in pre-fertilized?

  8. i am goint to repot tomorow... the soil i used wasn't prefert.. it is just normal soil u buy from a shop... i have another two plants nearly as big as the one on the pic planted the same way and in the same sort of pot and they are doing fine... if i repot and thats the problem do u think i can save the plant??? space is my biggest problem i think as since i put them on the 12/12 lighting schedule they grew a lot... thanks for your help...

  9. If they're getting root-bound, that could be solved by repotting them... What types of nutes are you using, and at what strength? If you already switched to 12/12 you'll wanna do that repot asap. You don't wanna stress 'em out too much while they're flowering and shit. Also, you want a fert that's low in N and high in P and K (the numbers on the fert box just incase you didn't know, like 5-5-5-, or 5-10-10) for flowering.

  10. well i repotted today in 12 ltr pots i can't go any bigger because my space is restricted i also bought some plant food called phostrogen on the back of it it says "npk fertiliser containing magnesium and sulphur with trace elements 14-10-27" is this any good please??? also i watered with plain water after the repotting as i wasn't sure weather i should fert straight away...and do i use the indoor plant feeding guide or the outdoor one since weed normally grows outdoors... thanks for now.. fingers crossed they take well to their new pots..

  11. watering with normal water after repotting was good. As for that ferilizer, you really do want something with very little N and more P and K. That stuff might be alright, but I wouldn't give it to it.
Instead, I'd find a hydro store near you and get some organic flowering nutes there. Fox Farm has really good organic nutrients that come as either water-soluble powder or liquid and aren't all that expensive. Advanced Nutrients also has really good nutrients which seem to be made specifically for weed growing. Just make sure it's for flowering and the N values are low with high P and K values, usually P being the highest.

  12. i'm not in the usa man so we don't have no hydro stores here and i can't find fox farms anywere... but thanks for your comments :)

  13. and/or over nuting

overnute without flushing makes the plant conserve what it has to avoid drinking up the shit thats already knocking the plant eq. of a liver

flush them throughly then blot excess water off the topsoil
