HELP!! Yellow leaf tips..

    Ok so I have 25 seedlings in a flood and drain table and i just notice that 1 of them has yellow stripes on the leaf tips.. It is about 14 " away from the light and doent seem too hot...

    Odd how only 1 out of 25 has yellowing tips... Although the leaf hasnt shrivelled any just turned yellow a bit at the tips..

    ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT!!! THANKS!!

    no but they are in rockwool cubes and using 1/5 strength nutes... i think it was over watering..
