Help With T-Break

  1. So I will be starting a t-break tomorrow and I need some tips on how to not think about it. Also I'm wondering if anyone substitutes in anything to try and help?
     
  2. Keep yourself busy, obviously thats hard at night if your just watching tv with friends but I usually just work out, go to work and school and that keeps me busy enough.. I'm on my 42nd day so it gets pretty easy after a week
     
  3. its all about not thinking about it, just occupy your time with other things and also if u think its not a big deal it wont be. if you work it up in your mind itll be terrible lol the only problem i face with t beaks is sleeping and i take melitonen pills to help me sleep when i feel like i wont beable to sleep that night
     
  4. Join a gym. Best advice I can give you man.
     
  5. stay busy at all times. I am on day 28 it was very hard for me, only at night tho for the first 5 days after that its smooth sailing. I dont even get that mental "urge" for it anymore.
     

  6. Indeed, if you can't afford a gym membership, just exercise at home. When you exercise, you release endorphins which gets you naturally high and once you start exercising regularly, you will discover that it boosts blood levels of beta-endorphins, the hormones that can heighten our mood.:D

    I don't know man. Staying connected with the culture I helping me on mine. I guess it depends if you just get high or you're a part of it.
     
  9. Yeah I feel you. I'm on a break right now and I still like to come here lol. It ruins some people though
