Help with strategy for 2nd grow??

I'm only allowed to legally grow six plants. I have an 8½' x 5½' space that's 9' tall with a doorless closet at the shorter end that's 5½' x 2' that's 6' tall. I need an efficent grow for next round. Should I section the room off to turn it into 2 separate rooms or should I just section of the closet and veg in there, would a perpetual grow be better for this space or very small sog? Remember only 6 plants allowed until my wife gets legal then up to twelve. At the moment I have four 4' 32 watt t8 bulbs and four 26 watt cfls. Plan on getting a Virtual Sun 600 watt hps mh digital grow light kit. Any good? So with that and the other lights any suggestions would be most highly appreciated. Oh this will b with fox farm ocean forest anf ff trio nutes unless something better is suggested. Thx.

 

What r sone good sog strains? I just got some hit or miss ministry of cannabis carnival seeds from the dispensery. They said it'd do good for a sativa in sog. And what do u mean my first and second pot? One for veg one for fliwer? Guess I do too many transplants. I root clobes in grodan cubes then put them in jiffy pots. Seeds I shot glass germ and put n jiffy pots. Then I put that n a one gallon and then to a 3 or 5 gallon. What size should my pots b in a sog and for mothers? And how long wiuld u veg or to what height b4 flowering?
