Ya i have had a seedling (3 inches tall) and it was growing nicely under a light but i came back from the store and it was limp unlike before when it was sturdy. Is there any way i can help it?
what kind of light is it under, and how close is it? If my seedlings have any trouble standing, I take a straw, and cut it to an inch or so, then cut a slit up one side of it. After that pull open the straw and wrap it around the stem of your plant, and press it (gently) into the soil. Then you have a little splint for your seedling. Always keep a fan blowing gently on it as well, to help the stem grow strong. Hope this helps.....
Its under a warm white light or w/e its called(not a heating lamp) and its about 6 inches away.. I was suprised cuz it was growing 1/2 a day then i came home after 2 hours and it was lilp... so i pulled it out gently re rooted it then proped it up.
Okay i put up a little splint with a straw and watered it a bit (maybe it got too dry) then put it back under the light.
Arent you that guy that went off on everyone for not helping? Anyway, stretching is a sure sign that your not giving it the proper lighting, how far away is that mystery light?
