My first indoor grow and I think I have powdery mildew on both girls. Humidity kept between 45-50% temps between 74-82 f Both autos in 5gal fabric pots. 57 and 50 days old. Never over watered never seen a drop of dew or mist on any leaves. 3x4x6 grow tent with 6” exhaust vent fan running 24 at 50% and 3 additional fans blowing over under and through the canopy. Probably hard to see in pics but just a few leaves with baby powder looking spot just on top of leaves. What should I do to save them
That doesn't look like mildew. Can't see clear, but it look like mites. Either way you should remove the affected leaves.
Yes that is indeed Powdery Mildew. Potassium Bicarbonate @ 1 tablespoon per gallon of water. Drench spray once a week seedling to harvest. Sodium Bicarbonate can be use but it is not as good for the plant. Household baking soda. Both work the same way by raising the PH of the water to 10. High enough to kill the PM but not harmful to the plant. BNW
It doesn't for me but i'm in a hot and dry zone. Spray in the morning if your concerned about it. That will give it time to fully dry. BNW
Any luck using hydrogen peroxide. I have stuff ordered but in the meanwhile. Thanks to all for their assistance
