Ok, so I just made a new paypal account and plan on buying several "items" online. I do not want to use a bank account to add funds and make a purchase, so I am wondering, can I purchase a visa gift card, and then use that to make purchases, say through ebay? If so how would I set this up? And if would have to be a gift card, not a credit/debit card.
Get one of those Wal-Mart debit cards that you can just fill with cash at the store. They work like credit cards.
Ya, I found this on paypals site: https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/?&cmd=xpt/Marketing/demo/additionalpayment/GreenDot-outside I can purchase a greendot, and then move the money to paypal. However I have a sending limit of $0.00 Once I add the money will the limit be changed to however much money I add. Edit: Just got off phone with Paypal, I can add funds through greendot moneypak and use that through Paypal. So I should be getting some fun stuff soon
You can't use a pre paid gift card, they changed there policy recently. You can use greendot. If they accept googlecheckout im pretty sure you can use a pre paid gift card with that though. also, once you add the greendot card your limit will be like 3.5k or something
