Help with new bong

    Hello, sorry I’m new to the forums, so wasn’t 100 percent where I should post this. I got a new billy the other week and I’m not sure what the thing I circled is or what it’s ment to do. Thankyou for any help.

    looks like a weird splash guard maybe? i'm not sure, show a pic of the rest of the bong

    Yeah looks like a splash guard or perk! either or are nice to have in a bong, perks makes it more smooth hitting!
