Help with insomnia.

  1. Hello,

    I have extremely bad insomnia. I have tried weed as kind of a last resort. (I used to smoke but haven’t in a while) anyway I haven’t been getting results. I smoke and still can’t sleep. I usually smoke a really small joint around 2 hours before bed. Can anyone help me?

  3. Use old weed. Seriously. Save it for at least a few months, allowing CBN to form naturally from THCa degradation. Either start by just stocking up, or get smaller amounts on a regular basis and keep track of which is the oldest.
     
  4. OP - do yourself a favor and do a little more research. You may want to think about using (mild!) edibles vs smoking -

    Cannabis will actually act as a stimulant if used at moderate to higher amounts but you also need to remember that this is very relative & depends entirely on YOU and your own tolerance. In low doses it will act as a sedative and this is obviously the effect you’re looking for.

    Read here but do some research on using cannabis as a sleep aid - there are some great articles online.
