Help with hydroponic setup

    I have 3 questions that I'm pretty confused about. This is my first time growing hydroponic. I'm going to run 2x 5 gallon bucket DWC in a 2x4x7' grow tent.
    I'm building a 2x4x7' grow tent and I'm having a hard time figuring out the intake/exhaust. 1. Is a 195cfm exhaust fan running into a carbon filter with no more than 1 foot piece of straight duct enough air flow? 2. How big of an intake hole/vent do I need?
    Last question for the buckets what size air stone is needed and what size air pump to run both buckets stones?

    Big issue is keeping the water in the buckets below 68 degrees F
    Chunks of ice helps,
    Fans help control heat, Normally I have my inline fans set to blow cool air in and push warm are out
    I use 6 inch inline active air fans I think there are 745 CFM

    the best method for ice packing is use an empty 2.5 gal bleach bottle, fill it with RO water + 2mL calmag, and squish the bottle some before tightening the cap. This will control the expansion. If the pack bursts, its just RO and calmag :D

    You know bro, I rigged an ice cooler up with a drain. I still haven't tested it, but will soon and will give you a heads up when I got her going.

    Ya not sure if you should run straight RO water.... My tap water runs hi PPM's
    I still mix in 25% tap water, for me it was hard to dial in the needed minerals so i started mixing RO and tap water.
    I switched to larger reservoirs because leave town for 3 or 4 days at a time,
    Always PH the water your putting in and if possible check it daily.
    Change the water every 7 to 10 days .
    NEVER mix suggested amount of bottled nutrients.
    I suggest setting up trellis netting .
    6 inch Sativa clones 14 week flowering cycle I go 4 to 5 weeks veg then 14 weeks flowering time
    The plants want grow way past the lights.
    Indica strains might be the better choice.
    This will help you tons when you start see any issue.

    PS I have seen my plants use 4 to 6 gallons of water per day
