Hi guys. I was given a ballast the other day. But it has no wireing diagram. I guess it fell off. I'm hoping that someone would have sum advice. I have looked online for the diagram but no luck. anyways here's the info for the ballast. These are the only marking I can find on the damn thing Holophane etc 165 two h33 400wt lamps 9t64y3506 60cy 120v model number 9t65y3506 general electric
The top left is 120 the center wire has an o on it and the top right goes to the caps. This pic has the caps and ballest in it use the other pic to locate wires
