No, put the seedling under 24/0 or 18/6 light. 12/12 is used for flowering much later. What kind of light is that? CFL lights should be 3 inches off the top of the seedling. Take the bag off as soon as it pokes through the soil. What type of soil is that? Don't feed it any nutes for about 3.5 weeks of life. Get a fan blowing at it too.
