Whatsup GC, this is my first grow and my plants starting to get too big for its growbox. Shes about 5 weeks old and I want to start flowering before it gets too big. I'm going to change all of my CFL's to soft white bulbs and change the light cycle to 12/12. Is this enough to force flowering? Any insight is appreciated, thanks.
High there changing the bulbs and flipping them into 12/12 should induce flowering. If they are getting big now though then just wait until they take off in flowering. Maybe you should tie them first. Good luck
Changing the light cycle is all your need to induce flowering. If they are already big you may want to consider leaving in bluer 5000K+ Lights for the first week of flowering. They tend to stretch less under the bluer light.
