Does anyone know if there is a proper disclaimer to use that says ' Neither X nor its employees are affiliated with any law enforcement agency'?? I'm sure there must be a proper official statement somewhere, but I can't seem to find one. MelT
What type of business are you in that you need that type of disclaimer? I completely understand if you don't want to answer this question...
I think what you've got their is good enough. All you have to do is ask someone if they are a police officer if they lie and say no when they really are, the case can be thrown out for entrapment. so i think what you have puts it in pretty plain english to your customers or whatever that you are not police or anything, and if you are, theres nothing you can legally do anyway becuase you lied about it.
