Hey guys, I ended up having only 1 female out of 6 plants so I went ahead and cloned it. But now my clones are looking a tad sick. I was hoping I could get some help. I took them from the right places with the 2 nodes. Cut off the bottoms. 45* angle. Cut the stems upward in half. Scraped the bottom skins off. Rooting powder. Jiffy cubes. Spraying the top of them. Keeping cubes moist. The PH of the water was a little high to my knowledge. Around a 7.0. I should of known better but the water I made 6.25 the other day sat for a tad and gained some PH back I guess. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Are the clones with the mother? If so do you have enough light for all 3 growing plants? also I would try to bring the pH back down.
Depending on temp's and humidity you shouldnt really have to water them or even mist them. If you have low humidity you can mist, or just add extra Jiffy's in there and leave them exteremly soaked (raises humidity) and just keep those full. Im not sure, but it looks like you might be keeping the medium super soggy and wet? I never have to water my cloning medium for near 1.5-2weeks. Might i ask what your temp and humidity are, and what your steps thus far have been ?
Temp is 75* constant. and the humidity is around 50 to 60%. I will stop spraying them and see how they do and keep updated! thanks for the help! For the steps I took. I am constantly spraying the top of them and keeping the cubes moist. I have 1 6500K 23W Floro on it about 6 to 8 inches away with reflector hood. Currently on 24 hours a day.
