Help with clogged tubing

  1. What's up GC. Here's my latest problem and it's a new one for me. I've been using ebb and flow systems from C.A.P. for quite a while now with great results. Most strains Ive grown have been 7-9 week flowering. Ive recently started growing Sour Diesel with a 10-12 week flowering time. At about 7-8 weeks I started getting yellowing leave. Being that I was running very high ppm I figured I went to far and cut back. Most plants recovered but some got worse and died. I thought this was due to irreversible root damage. During my harvest I noticed a pattern in the dead plants and it hit me. I looked inside the buckets and found that roots of some of the plants had clogged the inlets killing themselves AND all the plant down the line. I lost 11 of 32. My other system has 36 and is in week 6. If anyone has encountered this or has any advice please respond. I have a couple of ideas but would love to learn a proven solution for this problem as it is a very expensive issue. Thanks.
