so i'm 18 and i just got a jeep which is my first car. i'm just waiting to get tags and insurance. it sucked to find out how much insurance would be because almost 5000 a year from every well known provider. but the quote from progressive was very reasonable - i think about 1700/yr for the coverage i need. is that crazy or is progressive known for good deals with high-risk people? and any advice about handling insurance is awesome
