Help with an order!

Hello all, let me just say hello, and im glad to be apart of this place.

Anyway, I just ordering something here, and when I go to Ordering Tracking, it shows what I ordered, twice. Under status, for one it says pending, on another it says ccpaid. Im just worried if this is gonna order me two, when I only placed on order on one.

Does it always show this, or what? And how can I cancell an order that I already placed?

Why is it showing two, and one is pending, and one is ccpaid?

When I click on the Order ID, for both, it says this.

'The requested item (special/user_violation) was not found. You can return to browsing our catalog, if you wish.'

Anyone, please. im sorry for bumping right away, but this is urgent.

 

No, the Order ID's are different. One says pending, one says ccpaid.

So, im guessing that means one is obvously payed for, and one is pending..something.

 

Well, it seems all is good now. One of them is now canceled under status, and other one says preshipping. I hope its here by next Friday. I ordered the 4 Hose one. Cant wait to light it up with some buddies of mine. Gonna be great.
