Hi guys, i got my 4'' bathroom extractor fan today and have tried to wire it up, it has 3 terminal blocks inside, L,N,LS, I just used 2 core wire as advised with a 3amp fuse for the plug. as i want the fan to be constantly on. I wired the blue (neutral) into N, and the brown (live) into L of the extractor and it sparked and burned the block connector and the tip of the blue (neutral) wire, i cut it back and cleaned it up and its still not working, fig 4. seems to be my model of fan, it has a built in timer also. i cant seem to understand the diagram, i have uploaded pics, if anyone can help i'd really appreciate it my burned terminal block hope this wire is heavy enough? wiring diagram on fan.. wiring diagram in booklet, mine would be figure 4 as it has 3 terminal blocks, i cant make head nor tale of it lol Sector 4'' Fan, Cheap as chips........
