I just went to wally world and bought these there 26w soft white CFL spirals, they are 100 watt replacement(if that matters)they produce 1650 lumens each and are 2700k light appearance so would this work for 1 or two plants just for the beginning stage and i was actually going to only use 3 but yeah will this work for veg?
for veg try to buy daylight bulbs (5000k or 6400k). CFLs work great when used correctly, try and find higher wattage though. I had 250W of CFLs (5x 40W and 2x 25W). and you have to keep em very close to your plants (within 2-3 inches is best)
