A full colour photo is needed but from what I can see it looks like two different issues, have you changed your nutrient schedule recently? And did the serrated edges go brown before the speckling on the leaf face appeared or after? Also the whole plant needs to be in the photo for a proper diagnosis

I think your nutrient balance is off. I would buy a single bottle nutrient so you don't have to worry mix so many up, that way you know it's balanced properly and you can concentrate on getting the concentration correct. What is coco water? You don't mean you're watering it with coconut water do you?
