That would be my suspicion. Doesn’t look like any def I have ever seen...and I think I have managed to produce about all of them at one point or another!
Is this water I see?... OP picture If your misting or watering your plants with your lights on, your lights will burn holes in your leaves like those seem to be.. otherwise pests may be eatting at your plant. If you wish to foliage feed, I would consider keeping the light OFF untill the plant has dried otherwise the water becomes a magnify glass and burns holes. Best of luck & Happy growings.
