HELP. Weird Flower formation?

Discussion in 'Growing Marijuana Indoors' started by Taurus25661, Mar 4, 2021.

  1. I have grown for a few years. I decided to do an auto grow this time. I jave 5 violet kush auto. This is the only one that started forming like this. Just skinny thin long. Everything seems healthy on the plant. All others are healthy. Why does this flower look like this?

  2. I was thinking it was an auto flower thing but none of the others started out looking like this

  3. Also this is 100% indica strain...but it looks 100% sativa this one anyways.

  4. With autos you sometimes get wild varieties but it looks like that strain is fairly stable with only getting 1 out of 4..

  5. to me it looks like not enough light that made plant grow spindly ,but you say the other plants are ok ,so reckon its just the plant like @Popcorn has said ......mac,,

  6. could be not enough light to keep then squat but they all look like they went from indica to sativa thru flower transition some harder thrn others but it could be from not enough light or it could be that frozen bottle sitting back there giving it bad vibes with the evil looks on their faces

  7. Autos can go wild.
I've had some 7-foot dwc indicas.
When a particular plant starts flower is genetic, and if an auto decides not to flower for 7+weeks, it will get huge, yield huge, but take a long time.

Autos probably have greater genetic variability due to fewer decades breeding them, compared to photos.

  8. The frozen thing is a humidifier i use during veg lol It probably dont like it....Im just gonna let it grow and see where she goes....i have 7 other plants that normal and healthy and this one is healthy just strange.

  9. Also it has more then enough light. I have 2 amazing lights. Ive grown for 6 or 7 years ...i think its just something to do with the auto...ill see how the buds grow as time goes by.

  10. Totally appears to be a Sativa dominant variety - definitely not an Indica strain.

your flowers look normal for a Sativa strain.
