Hey there i have come across a problem i hope some of you can help me with I have been smoking regularly for 4 years now. 1 joint before bed 4-5 days a week and i have never had any bad experiences with it. Of course sometimes i have felt a little dizzy while being in bed after smoking a little bit too much but nothing major. I guess we all been there at some point. Then about 4 weeks ago i had an incident. It was a saturday night and everything was normal i was going to hit the city with my friend and while waiting on him to pick me up i decided to smoke a joint, you know to jumpstart the party. i smoke half a joint and my friend arrived. i got in his car feeling a little high and everything was still normal. Then after 10 minutes it started to spin around in my head. at first it was a light dizzyness but quickly turned into a nightmare. I felt like the car was turning upside down and that i couldnt breath properly and i got a feeling of panic so bad that i just opened the door in middle the road and jumped out of the car. (and no i dont suffer from motion sickness and i never have) while outside the feeling went away and i was feeling somewhat normal again. i decided to walk to the bar where my friend was now waiting for me. i went inside and after about 1 minute being inside the bar the feeling came back. The sound of the music and the presence of all the people around me just freaked me out so i had to leave. i decided to call it a night and walk home. Again while being outside and walking i was feeling somewhat okay. i made it to the train station and jumped on the train and sat down. once the train started to move the feeling came back. again i felt a feeling of panic and i just wanted to jump off the train. The rest of the trainride was torture but I managed to get home and amazingly i felt asleep Next morning i got up and was feeling good until 2 hours later the dizzyness came back i went outside for a walk and the feeling went away and didnt return for the rest of the day. The next day i decided to smoke a joint like i always do. Again i smoked half of the joint and the same feeling came back. i got insanely dizzy and nausea to the extent that i couldnt stay home. i had to leave my house and just walked around outside for around 3-4 hours before the feeling went away. After those 2 incidents i decided to take a break away from joints. I didnt smoke for 2 weeks and throughout those 2 weeks i didnt have that dizzy feeling. I was thinking that maybe it was over and i tried to smoke a joint again. I got lightheaded and a bit dizzy and a bit nausea but it was nothing compared to the 2 earlier experiences, but still it wasnt comfortable. and every since that everytime i smoke a joint i get this feeling of being uncomfortable. The symptoms varie. but almost everytime i feel a bit dizzy lightheaded and nausea but other symptoms are burp attacks, weak feeling in the legs, pain in my eyes and headaches. and it seems that everytime im sitting or laying still the symptoms come but while moving around they go away. Does anyone else have experienced something like this and does anyone know what this could be and, maybe even better, have a solution to it? I love smoking weed. It feels like its a part of me. Theres nothing better to me than getting home after a long day put on some good music and light a joint before bed. It really makes me sad that i cant enjoy joints the way i did and im afraid that this is maybe a natural sign for me to stop smoking and i really dont want that to happen. So please somebody give me some advice or solution or anything. Im getting really desperate.
Take like a month T-break and then comeback to it and see how it feels.. Also try bowls, maybe the burnt paper has something to do with it (idk it could be worth it) or maybe its the strain.. Try indica, its not nearly as intense as sativa. ~Hope i helped
Vertigo. Go tell your doctor that you feel like your having vertigo they will test to see if you have that and give you medication vertigo is all kinds of dissiness i had this about a week ago lmao but uh yeah thats probley your problem.
U jumped out of a moving car? If the answer is yea why didn't your buddy stop for u instead of driving to the bar first. Sent from my U670C using Grasscity Forum mobile app
If you dont have much tollerance a half a joint or a joint is a lot to smoke in one sitting. Try a pipe or a bong, that way you can guage how high you get. Also it could have been a strain you weren't used to. Sent from my SCH-R950 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
Only times I ever had anything close to what you described was when I was younger and new to smoking and got wayyy to high. Maybe that shit you smoked is a bit more potent?
You said you usually only smoke a joint before bed? Then you smoked and immediately got into a car, which you're not used to doing whilst high. We're you comfortable with his driving? Then you go into the bar with loud music, lights, a lot kf people. That can be a pretty stressful situation to someone's who's high and isn't used to social situations while high When you were at home the next day, were you having anxious thoughts before you were smoking about having that negative feeling? If you're worried it's going to happen, it's probably going to happen. Sent from four score and seven years ago
