If you have enough bandwidth go for the QT high quality version. 2) Get ripped. 3) While your hit is still good, watch the video. Don't think about doing anything or staring at it. Just imagine you're in a spaceship going towards what you're seeing. I don't want to say anymore or it'll change the test situation, but I will explain afterwards.
