That website has been proven to be a big fat joke. They just put it up to make the people think they give a flying rats ass. The only petitions they answer are the dumb ass little petty bullshit ones. Anything serious is either totally ignored or given a cookie cutter response of rejection saying in so many words "yeah, we hear you but we quite frankly couldnt give a shit less and will continue fucking you with no lube because we can and we have too much money to loose if we run the country for the people."
