I think he is out on bail right now, but could be called anytime to go and within four hours he'll be sent here to jail. He's hoping obama will pardon him.
Hes out on bail, but yes he can be called at any time. I think on 4/20 we need to flood Harper, the justice minister, Obama and the DOJ (whoever is in charge of this emery bs) with emails and calls asking for a pardon or that he can at least serve his time in his home country.
