Help Sick 3 week old seedling leaves curling turning yellow, with brown spots

    The light is prob too far to begin with. That way small for 3 weeks, make sure to not overwater.

    you are feeding them...
     
    Im not a fan of rockwool dan. Rockwool gives 100% available water.  There are 3 instances of water in your growing medium I THINK...
    1.not available water
    2.available water
    3. some other kind that i cant remember but its NOT impt.
     
    Rockwool doesnt hold onto water very well... IE if you squeeze soil it will ring out but its till wet. Conversely, rock wool just becomes completely devoid of liquid if you squeeze it.  
     
    Lose the rockwool and plant your plants in a roughtote filled with SOIL and PERLITE
