Hi guys! Been a while since I've been on this site.. I need some guidance! A while back a found a seed from an autoflower plant I had grown.. gg4 I believe.. Ended up popping in in the dwc and its been growing like a champ.. very healthy! Months later and it's still in veg and starting to show some pistols.. but it's muuuuccchh bigger than it should be.. I figured cause it's been on 24hrs of light since it was young it might need a little darkness so have set the timer to 4 hours darkness.. hoping that's all it needs.. Will also add that it's on full bloom feed now.. no more nitrogen.. Was getting worried about it getting too tall haha The bucket it is in is a decent size 14 or 15 liters I believe.. (can't remember) Really hoping the buds are going to be massive I'd the plant is... it's just taking waayyy too long.. I could have had 4 or 6 small autos in the tent and done by now but this plant is just taking up all the room and taking it's time
When that flowers you are sure to run outta room. You should defoliate and remove some branches . Thin her up a bit or your asking for PM and screaming high humidity. Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
It's a seed from an auto plant though.. Gg4 autoflower. It had one seed.. now after growing that seed it's this 5 foot tall plant that is taking forever to flower haha.. it's slowly going into preflower.. full bloom nutes..
The auto flower strains are specialized hybrids. Hybrids never will produce seed true to the plant that produced the seed. That plant is not an auto. Flip to 12/12 now.
Shall do.. last I saw she wasn't looking too happy.. bucket and airstone have been cleaned and going to start using peroxide too.. lights have been flipped to 12 and 12... Hoping she bounces back
It's not an auto flower, or it would be done. Look at what's in front of you instead of what things should be. Id trim its undergrowth and put it on 12 12, or it will end up a huge waste of time.
Yup as already said, that may have come out of a auto but its sure not sticking to that genetic. Looks like the parent photo gene took over with that seed. Would flip like said, give it a couple weeks time and it should be in a full bloom. Unless that genetic in the seed really messes with you and just never goes into a bloom. Single seeds in plants come from mainly nanners, they pollinate single areas growing single to few seed, those seeds are normally all genetically messed up due to inbreeding.
