I am writing a term paper on the legalization of marijuana, and i need three major topics. I have two so far, Medical use and Discrimination. All my facts either fall under Discrimination or Medical use, i need help with every one to try and think of a third major topic. Thank you very much

don't you think it's contradictary to write about decrim in a legalization paper? My advice would be to narrow your paper to decrim and talk about decrim, medical mj, and the war on drugs.
