    its pretty easy to find someone, when i went there on vacation i literally found a hook up as we got to the hotel. step one find a person burning walk up be like hey man im trying to score. hes probably a mmj user and will buy you some if you ask him to.

    Bad idea asking on the beach if they're just chilling there catching sun.
