Help please!! Lights & heat

    bobs doing a 12/12 at the moment and he dosent know if he should keep the plants warm with a heating fan or anything whilst the lights are off ?

    Depends on how low his temps drop at night. I keep my plants between 70-80 degrees fahrenheit.

    well he is doing a reverse cycle lights on at night off in the day, but it gets quite cold and he only planted them 2 days ago

    If he heats his plants up too much it's going to stress em. Tell him to keep them between 70 and 80 degrees.
