My plants are WW autos about 5 weeks old and are showing this weird pattern on their leaves. Only seeing it today. They are grown outdoor in FFOF/Perlite. Any and all advice would help! Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
its really tough to say without seeing the entire plant. I have used ffof for quite a while and usually after you flip to flower is when you want to start adding nutes into the mix. At least thats what I've done. Usually after they start flowering one week I'll put some bat guano on them, and then a week or so later some vegetone and during every watering I add my bloom nutes and cal-mag. What you really want to focus on is the new growth. If your new leaves towards the tops are showing signs, thats what you want to focus on. the plant will shed all kinds of water leaves during its entire life span.
Before you go increasing potassium.. make sure your PH levels are in check and that you're not getting a potassium lockout from something like too much calcium
Really appreciate the input. I think basically the plant has finished thriving in the FFOF and now I need to add nutes like you said. I've just been watering for the last few weeks with occasionally adding molasses. I've read before that usually FFOF finishes after like 40+ days so I must have hit that mark!
Thanks for the help. I think you're right about potassium as I haven't been giving nutes other than what I said above. I did just PH the water while you were leaving this comment and I'm all good there.
Yeah it seems to be 30-45 days for me. Depends on the strain. I have not messed with autos though those are a different beast and less forgiving of mistakes. Feel free to check my journal! JMan42028's (hopefully) Perpetual Grow Journal!!
