Help plant is so sick

    The leaves look pale green and the stem look red.

    looks like youre over watering, what kind of light?? Looking stretchy

    I only water on fridays though. I use 4 4ft flourescent tubes on side and compact flourescent up top

    Have you fed her yet?
    If so how much and what is the PH
    What kind of water are you using?
    How old is the plant
