I just bought three afghan kush clones from a dispensary. I have them in a deep water hydroponic system (18/6 light schedule). One of the plants has yellow and brown spots on the leaves and the leaves tips are starting to look burnt and curling up. I have canna nutrients, i am using aqua vega and rhizotonic. I have had the plants for two days and they have not gotten any better. The water touches the roots just enough, and i can see root growth. I also spray them twice a day.

I don't know what is wrong with them. I have looked online and in books but nothing really helped. Can anyone tell me what is going on?

  2. What's the ph at? It could be shock due to being transplanted. Young clone don't need much nutes, I would go 1/4 strength at best.

  3. yup same here i think its nute burn a tad bit

  4. The ph was at 5.9 last night. I just checked it and its 5.4

  5. yeah thats kinda low could use bakeing soda to bring it up but have to be careful not to go over boared

  6. I just put some ph up in. So i'll check in a minute or two.

  7. Its 5.7 now!

  8. try to get it past 6.0 preferebly 6.5

  9. ^ I think 6.5 is a little high for DWC.

  10. thats true sorry im thinking in soil. but 6 is the optimum
