o everything kind of went wrong all at once. After i cloned my plant started to die. the top leaves first then some of the bottoms. the leaves stared to dry out and curl up and now 5-8 leaves are completly gone... why? also my clones are in rockwool(i think its called) and in a dome. the humidity is very high and i am keeping them damp but they are not rooting. i did use cloning gel. help and hurry.
Well without pictures it's a little hard to say what your problem is but i can give it a shot in the dark. When taking cuttings it's always good to cut the leaves in half because leaving the leaves full promotes transpiration. Transpiration is the evaporation of water from the aerial parts of plants, especially leaves. you also want to keep in mind that you want to have a heating pad to keep the cuttings warm between 75-80 degrees is optimal you should be able to pick one of those up from your local hydro store and or pet co you always want to have the control for the heating pad to be able to keep your cuttings at the perfect temp. keep your area at 95-100% humidity and you should be fine anything else I could tell you would be pure speculation without seeing some pics well i hope that can help you out a bit
