Hey... So ive been growing outdoors. Its starting to be colder during the days and nights. Ive never grown before... So I have no idea on when to harvest. I just have.one plant. Ill attach pics. Can someone tell me if it looks ready???? Thanks!!
no I don't have anything strong enough to look at it. It just recently turned purple. What kind do you think it is?
No telling what that is, but it looks nice. Definitely Indica dominant hybrid by the leaf structure. $15 for handheld scope. Or if u have laser pointer, there is a glass or plastic "eye" in it, take it out and tape the eye to your iPhone camera or any camera phone and it will magnify the buds so you can see trichomes, plus the white pistils will either turn red/brown or they recede into the calyx when finished. There is a great thread on here in regards to trichomes and what they look like finished.
Get yourself a jewellers loupe 30x magnification and look at trichomes when almost all are milky white with a few amber ones it ready for harvest cause thc xwill be around peak levels Happy Harvest
My guess is another month as well. The trichomes will confirm but from the look of your leaves, which are a hearty green, you have a lot of blooming left to do. If you are feeding a high bloom fertilizer - the leaves should be yellowing as the flower gets all the nutrients. Think of your plant losing most of it's leaves while the buds grow together to make a large heavy top.
