OK so plant is hydro pH of water is 6.0 light is 90 watts 8 inches from light source temp is around 75 to 80 humidity is unknown plant is 7 or 8 weeks old clone and strain is cream caramel. Ppm is unknown fed 4ml jungle juice micro to one gallon bucket size 3.5 gallons
What light are u using @ 8 in? Of cfl, drop it about 4 in. If hps or mh, you should be okay if temps are 75-80 at canopy. With hydro, you can let that pH down to 5.7-5.8 and then go back up to 6.0-6.2. This will allow the plant to uptake nutes as it needs them rather than a set pH, allowing the same nutes without a balance. All you're feeding is 4ml jungle juice per 3.5 gal? I think I'm reading that wrong.
