I dont know what is wrong with them. They seem to look good other than a few leaves. I just gave them their first dosage of nutes it was 1/2 the recomended dosage im using fox farm grow big with fox farm ocean forest also i have 7 26w cfl 6500k
more than likely it's ph lockout. it appears they're not getting enough nitrogen which can cause the leaves to look like that. if the pH isn't within the ideal limits, the plant can not properly absorb or process the nutrients it needs. so if the pH is where it's supposed to be at, then i'll guess it's a lack of nitrogen in your nutrients. or lack of nutrients period. they also look a bit over watered like freedom said. so really we need some more info to properly diagnose this plant. also there's a sick plants forum that this belongs in.
the ideal ph balance is between 6.0 and 6.5. anything from 5-5.5 is sour, and 7-7.5 ir sweet. you want to keep it between 6 and 6.5 and you should be good
