My leaves have brown spots on them and are turning yellow. I use the nutrients out of go box general organics They are 5 weeks into flower . Should I flush them at this point?
Bottom leaves? Upper leaves? If its the lower leaves then this is normal as you are 5 weeks into flower. If not, post a pic?

I'm curious did you add any dolomitic lime or calcium carbonate to your soil? If not you are likely having pH problems. What is your water pH? That nutrient tends to be on the acidic side.
What is your container size in gallons? You can top dress with some garden lime available at most home improvement stores or garden centers. It will raise your soils pH and allow more efficient nutrient uptake.
